Terms of Service.

General.

  1. I reserve the right to decline your request.

  2. Must be 16 or above to order.

  3. Full payment upfront.

  4. I will take 4 weeks per request. Rush commissions can be accepted with additional fee.

  5. Must fully credit me.

  6. Personal use only. Commercial use must be discussed.

  7. Any type of unauthorised use/distribution is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted legally.

  8. I own and retain the copyright for every commission and may use it in my portfolio.

Details.

PAYMENT
・Full payment once everything is agreed on.
・I will not start your request until I have received the full payment.REVISION
Sketch → Flat colour → Final
・I will send you a sample (low resolution + watermarked) to approve.
・Minor corrections (up to 2) can be made free of charge.
・For bigger adjustments additional fees will be charged.
If there is no response within 3 days I will stop working on your request and refund according to progress.DEADLINE AND DELIVERY
Your commission will be usually done within 4 weeks.
If you order more than 1 illustration the completion time will cumulate.
Rush commissions can be accepted with additional fee (up to +100%) and must be declared while placing the order.
You are in charge of providing accurate deadline information. If you fail so, I reserve the right to cancel your request without refunding depending on completion stage.USE
